Lisa M. Williams
Founded by Lisa M. Williams, LMW HR Consulting is built on over 40 years of federal human resources experience, including 12 years at the Senior Executive Service level. Ms. Williams has served across six federal agencies, culminating in leadership at the cabinet level, where she provided strategic oversight and guidance on human capital initiatives impacting large, diverse workforces.

Throughout her career, Ms. Williams has held key leadership roles and has been recognized for her ability to navigate complex organizational challenges, drive results, and foster high-performing teams. Her experience spans from workforce strategy, executive resources, recruitment and hiring, employee relations, leadership development, and policy formulation bringing a comprehensive, real-world perspective to every engagement.
In addition to her investigative and consulting expertise, Ms. Williams has a proven track record of supporting executive advancement. She has successfully guided numerous individuals in developing Executive Core Qualifications (ECQs) and resumes, many of whom have gone on to join the Senior Executive Service or achieve significant career promotions. Her approach combines strategic insight with a deep understanding of federal expectations and leadership competencies.

She has designed and implemented mentoring programs and has personally mentored professionals at various stages of their careers.
